Evidence from practice 03 / Representative engagement ## From AI awareness to internal capability. DigitVibe worked with Above and Beyond Care (ABCS) on a multi-month AI capacity-building engagement. The work began with organizational discovery and staff interviews, continued through practical training and an internal Digital Champions program, and extended into individual workflow consultations, agent exploration, governance guidance, and a longer-term roadmap. The engagement directly trained 37 participants, developed more than 10 internal Digital Champions, and identified practical applications across administration, operations, reporting, and training. Needs assessment, broad training, and deeper champion work gave ABCS a foundation to keep learning after the workshops.
