Baseline literacy → champion selection → advanced training → role-specific projects → peer support → governance → continued experimentation. The sequence creates a bridge between broad awareness and useful internal practice.

AI adoption becomes more durable when knowledgeable people are distributed across the organization rather than concentrated in one innovation team or external consultant. The DigitVibe AI Champions Program develops a cohort of internal practitioners who can experiment responsibly, help colleagues, identify use cases, and connect day-to-day work with the organization’s broader AI strategy.

Effective use of current models; prompting and context engineering; verification; data and privacy boundaries; agents and knowledge systems; workflow automation; use-case evaluation; responsible experimentation; and how to teach and support colleagues.
Distributed capability, faster discovery of use cases, less dependence on consultants, safer experimentation, internal feedback, better adoption of enterprise tools, and a bridge between leadership and frontline work.
Our engagement with Above and Beyond Care trained 37 participants and developed more than 10 internal Digital Champions, including an advanced train-the-trainer cohort. The multi-month engagement connected foundational AI literacy with hands-on agent and workflow development.
