03 / Representative engagement

From AI awareness to internal capability.

DigitVibe worked with Above and Beyond Care (ABCS) on a multi-month AI capacity-building engagement. The work began with organizational discovery and staff interviews, continued through practical training and an internal Digital Champions program, and extended into individual workflow consultations, agent exploration, governance guidance, and a longer-term roadmap.

The engagement directly trained 37 participants, developed more than 10 internal Digital Champions, and identified practical applications across administration, operations, reporting, and training.

Needs assessment, broad training, and deeper champion work gave ABCS a foundation to keep learning after the workshops.

Who is behind DigitVibe?

DigitVibe is the consulting brand of DigitVibe Corporation, founded by Dr. Mohammad Keyhani. DigitVibe assembles the team around each engagement, matching leadership and specialist expertise to the work. AI Driven Sites is a DigitVibe service with its own website and branding.

How does a DigitVibe engagement work?

DigitVibe starts with the work: goals, workflows, people, existing tools, and constraints. Discovery informs priorities, training, and implementation as needed. An engagement can stop when the client has what it needs; it does not have to include every service.

How much does DigitVibe consulting cost?

DigitVibe quotes each engagement around the agreed scope. Fees depend on the work, objectives, people involved, and practical constraints; scope and fees are agreed for the engagement.

How do we start if we do not have a technical specification?

Start with DigitVibe’s project inquiry form or email info@digitvibe.com. Describe the problem, workflow, or opportunity, who is involved, and any known constraints. A finished technical specification is not required; the scope develops from the discussion.
